Discovery Call
We’ll work with you to arrange a suitable time for an initial discovery call.

First Appointment With Psychologist
Your journey begins with a psychologist, usually within one week.
4.
Paediatrician / Psychiatrist Appointment
Children under 18 are seen by a paediatrician, and adults over 18 by a psychiatrist, usually within two weeks of your first appointment.
5.
Complimentary Psychoeducation Session
A follow-up session with your psychologist to discuss results, provide education about the diagnosis, and explore management and treatment options.
6.
Written Report
You’ll receive a comprehensive report, summarising the findings and providing clear recommendations.

Yes. Telehealth assessments are available Australia-wide. These sessions are delivered securely online, using the same evidence-based tools and processes as in-person assessments. For families on the Central Coast, in-person appointments are also available at our clinic.

Yes. We provide ADHD and ASD assessments for children, teenagers, and adults. The process is adapted to suit the age group, for example, involving parents and teachers in child and adolescent assessments, and focusing on work/study challenges for adults.

After the final session, your psychologist prepares a comprehensive report. A feedback session is then scheduled to go through the results and discuss next steps. Depending on the outcome, your GP, psychiatrist, paediatrician, or other support providers may use the report to guide ongoing care.

No. AHPRA requires us to clarify that assessment does not guarantee a particular treatment or outcome. Your report can be provided to your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician, who will determine whether medication or other supports are appropriate.
